A globally recognized investment bank is seeking a highly motivated Junior to Mid-Level Python Developer to join its rapidly expanding Structured Products Technology Team. This is a pivotal role offering significant hands-on development experience in the complex and fast-paced world of financial engineering
Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver robust, scalable, and medium-to-large server-side applications
- Implement and maintain high-performance web services and APIs that leverage HTTP protocol for seamless internal and external communication
- Own the full software development lifecycle, primarily focusing on major development initiatives while also providing second-line support for critical production systems
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or related field
- A minimum of two years of professional programming experience, with a heavy emphasis on Python
- Solid, demonstrable understanding of DSA and Computer Science fundamentals
- Excellent communicator in English
- Prior experience with Java development is desirable
