Bachelor's degree holder
Open for Fresh Graduates, Undergraduates, and Senior Highschool graduate
With 6 months - 1 year of experience in Customer Service is an advantage.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Respond to customer inquiries regarding products and services with accuracy, courtesy, and professionalism.
Process customer transactions and orders efficiently to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
Maintain and update customer records accurately while ensuring confidentiality and adherence to data management standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns promptly, delivering effective, customer-focused solutions.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor to support overall team operations and service objectives.
