Position: Assistant HR and Admin Manager (Batangas)

Job Responsibilities:
Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training, and employee relations
Maintain employee records, attendance, and personnel documentation in compliance with labor laws and company policies
Demonstrate strong competencies in planning and organizing, problem-solving, decision-making, leadership, and control
Supervise day-to-day administrative operations to ensure smooth and efficient office functioning
Lead, mentor, and motivate the HR and administrative teams to achieve operational excellence
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management, or any Business-related course
At least seven (7) years of managerial experience in Human Resources
With experience handling Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBA)
Experience in ISO, HACCP, and GMP certifications related to HR operations is an advantage
Willing to attend interviews as required
Can start as soon as possible
