Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or any related field
One (1) to two (2) years of experience in business development, sales, or account management
Experience in manufacturing, B2B, or industrial sectors is a strong advantage
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Analytical and results-driven mindset with the ability to identify market trends
Job Responsibilities:
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry mapping to identify potential growth opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to expand business partnerships
Prepare and deliver effective presentations, proposals, quotations, and product demonstrations to support client acquisition
Monitor and track sales performance metrics, prepare reports, and provide insights for business planning
Support strategic planning initiatives by contributing to short- and long-term business growth strategies
Coordinate with internal departments such as production, logistics, and quality teams to ensure alignment with client requirements and project timelines
