JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Business or any related field
With 3 to 4 years’ experience as Vice President in a retail company
With experience in retail distributor
Amendable to work in Quezon City
Can start as soon as possible
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide strategic leadership for the retail organization by setting clear business goals
Ensuring all stores operate efficiently, meet performance targets, and deliver a consistent customer experience.
Oversee financial performance of the retail division, including budgeting, cost control, and capital investment decisions.
Serve as a senior ambassador of the company brand, promoting consistency, integrity, and the organization’s values across all retail interactions.
Drive sales growth and margin improvement through data-driven decision-making, promotional strategies, and operational enhancements.
