Description:

Pinpoint Asia is partnering with a Tier-1 Market Leader in the Insurance sector to find a seasoned Program Manager to lead a landmark infrastructure evolution. This is not a "maintenance" role; it is a mission-critical transformation initiative.

You will own the roadmap for migrating ~100 core applications and hundreds of servers to the cloud. This is a high-visibility engagement where you will report directly to the ISM Director and present regular strategic updates to the local and Group EXCO.

If you are a "fixer" who excels at navigating complex vendor landscapes, managing multi-million dollar budgets, and driving technical change at an enterprise scale, this is your next major milestone.

Key Challenges & Responsibilities
- Lead the Migration: Take full ownership of a multi-year Cloud Migration Program, driving end-to-end delivery from scope to successful cutover for a massive application portfolio.
- Strategic Vendor Governance: This is a heavy vendor-management role. You will not just "monitor" vendors; you will drive sourcing strategies, lead RFP processes, and negotiate Statements of Work (SoW) to ensure strict adherence to budget and scope.
- Executive Stakeholder Management: Act as the bridge between technical teams and the C-Suite. You will prepare and defend business cases for EXCO approval and ensure Finance, Legal, and Compliance are aligned.
- Operational Excellence: Manage offshore delivery teams and govern project managers to ensure "no-surprise" delivery. You will be the firewall that anticipates risks and mitigates them before they impact the timeline.

The Ideal Candidate
- Experience: 10–15 years of proven experience in Consulting or Project Management, preferably within Financial Services / Insurance.
- The "Must-Have": You must have successfully delivered a large-scale cloud migration program previously. You understand the complexities of moving legacy apps to the cloud in a regulated environment.
- Commercial Acumen: You are comfortable drafting SoWs and managing project financials. You know how to prevent scope creep in outsourced vendor models.
- Soft Skills: You have the "Executive Presence" required to manage upwards. You are a self-starter who requires minimal supervision.
- Language: Fluency in English and Cantonese is required; Mandarin is a strong plus.
