Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree Holder in any Business-related course
At least 5 years of work experience in sales role in automotive industry.
At least 2 years of experience in supervisory and managerial role.
With driver license and knowledgeable to drive 4-wheel vehicle.
Amenable to work as soon as possible
Job Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
Develop effective sales strategies and monitor the team performance.
Provide ongoing training and support the production.
Handle escalations and ensure top-tier customer satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with brand standards and policies.
