Position: Retail Sales Director
Location: Taguig City
Work Setup: Onsite
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Salary: Php200,000-Php300,000 (Negotiable)
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field; MBA is an advantage.
At least 10–15 years of experience in retail sales management, with 5+ years at a senior leadership or executive level.
Amenable to attend interviews
Amenable to work onsite
Can start as soon as possible
Job Description / Responsibilities
Develop and execute long-term retail sales and operations strategies aligned with corporate and revenue goals.
Oversee nationwide retail operations to ensure consistent performance and excellent customer experience.
Lead sales planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance reviews using data-driven insights.
Drive new business opportunities, retail innovation, and market expansion initiatives.
Build and manage strategic relationships with key partners, suppliers, and major accounts.
Optimize store operations, merchandising, and sales programs to improve profitability.
Partner with Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain to ensure aligned execution.
Define, track, and optimize KPIs to consistently achieve or exceed targets.
Lead, mentor, and develop the retail sales leadership team.
Monitor market trends, competitors, and emerging retail technologies.
