REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
Open to Filipino and Filipino-Chinese who can speak, read, and write/type in Mandarin and English.
Open to Undergraduates, and Bachelor’s degree.
Having 1 year of BPO experience is a big advantage.
Having an experience in a travel agency or any customer-facing role is an advantage.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:
Handle inbound calls from customers regarding flight rescheduling inquiries
Assist customers with seat changes, cancellations, meal add-ons, and bookings
Communicate professionally with Chinese VIP passengers, including those seated in Business Class
Ensure accurate processing of requests while delivering excellent customer service
Comply with all airline policies, procedures, and safety standards
