Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree Holder
At least 1-3 years of work experience in New Business Intake role
Experience working in the same industry is advantage.
Knowledgeable in legal databases
Amenable to work as soon as possible
Job Responsibilities:
Process new client and matter intake requests in compliance with firm policies.
Conduct conflict of interest checks and analyze potential risks.
Coordinate with attorneys to obtain required information and resolve intake issues.
Maintain accurate client and matter records and support client onboarding.
Due to the role’s proximity to legal work, the analyst is expected to communicate clearly, accurately, and in a legalistic manner.
