About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Cloud Engineer to provide hands-on technical support and drive automation across our hybrid cloud environment. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge cloud technologies while ensuring high availability and performance.
Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert support for cloud management platforms, networking, and OS
- Manage Kubernetes (K8S) clusters, including capacity planning, storage, service mesh, networking, security, and upgrades
- - Develop and maintain automation scripts/playbooks using CI/CD, IaC, and related tools
- Support project deployments, onboard applications to the cloud, and collaborate with development teams on system operations
- Explore and implement new cloud services to optimize usage and establish best practices
- Offer on-call/emergency support and participate in shift duties as needed
Requirements:
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of relevant cloud platform experience, ideally in enterprise or financial environments
- Strong hands-on Kubernetes expertise on major cloud providers
- Experience with network/security products is a plus
- Proficiency in automation/DevOps tools (Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins, GitHub, scripting in Python/Ruby/JavaScript)
- Excellent English and Chinese communication skills
