Position: Mandarin Contract Management Analyst

Location: Makati City
Schedule: Dayshift Schedule (8am to 5pm)
*During training, Graveyard Shift
Salary: Php 100,000 to Php 120,000

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
Filipino or Filipino Chinese who is proficient in Mandarin and English.
Having HSK Level 6 certification is a big plus.
Bachelor’s Degree graduate in any course.
Having a legal background is a big advantage.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:
Extract and summarize contract data from proprietary systems.
Verify accuracy of contract information entered by procurement.
Submit summaries for timely approval.
Liaise between Procurement and vendors for contract execution.
Ensure contract terms are correctly recorded in databases.
Manage contract relationships and assist with audits and database clean-up.
Track and report contract status throughout the process.
Lead special projects as needed.
