About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced DevOps Architect to shape our client's DevOps strategy and architecture. You’ll lead the design of robust pipelines, automation frameworks, and governance standards to accelerate delivery and enhance operational resilience.
Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
- Assess current tech landscape, create architecture blueprints, and establish standards/governance
- Advise on emerging technologies (cloud, modern integration patterns) from technical and risk perspectives
- Design and implement DevOps pipelines, processes, and operational frameworks
- Streamline practices through stakeholder engagement and industry best practices
- Build continuous integration/delivery environments, leveraging Infrastructure as Code for faster deployments
- Lead process automation — evaluate tools, design solutions, and oversee implementation
- Identify operational gaps and drive improvements via automation and best-in-class tooling
- Stay ahead of DevOps trends and innovate solutions for evolving challenges
Requirements:
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- 8+ years of relevant experience, with proven capabilities to take on architecture roles
- Strong expertise in CI/CD pipeline design and DevOps methodologies
- Proficiency with automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform, Git, Jenkins, configuration management)
- Solid scripting skills (Python, shell, etc.) and Linux/Unix knowledge
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and modern integration/architecture patterns
- Creative problem-solving, strong analytical/documentation skills, and up-to-date with DevOps trends
- Excellent English and Chinese communication skills
