Roshan's Big Bazaar Ltd. dba Big Bazaar at 13639 100 Ave, Surrey, BC V3T 1H9, is hiring retail store manager for full-time and permanent position. Should have ability to supervise 2 or more individuals. Duties would be
• To plan, direct and evaluate the operations of establishment,
• Analyze market requirements and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and effect of competitors operations on sales,
• Determine, implement price changes, and credit policies,
• Develop and implement marketing strategies,
• Plan budgets, authorize expenditures, and monitor revenues to ensure profitability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers
• Source and negotiate with vendors to procure products for resale
• Manage staff and assign duties,
• Resolve customer complaints,
• Determine staff requirements and hire or oversee hiring of staff.
Requirements:
Education: Completion of high school is required
Experience: minimum experience of 2 year or more as supervisory level is required.
Language: English is required
Terms:
Wage: $ 45.00 per hour
Work: Minimum 30 to 40 hours per week, along with 2 days off per week
