JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in scheduling interviews, conducting background checks, and preparing offer letters.
Coordinate new employee orientation, on-boarding, and training programs
Maintain personnel records, including hiring, transfers, and terminations.
Perform general clerical duties, such as answering phones, managing mail, and maintaining digital and physical files
Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures
