Job Requirements:
Open for Fresh Graduates and Undergraduates
At least 1 year of work experience in CSR role is advantage
Experience working in BPO company is a plus
Willing to work fully on site at graveyard shift
Amenable to start as soon as possible
Job Responsibilities:
Respond to customer questions/inquiries via phone call, messages and email
Assist customers with order placement, billing inquiries, and service requests.
Verify customer identity and update records securely.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and account details.
Ensures entries are clear, complete, and accurate.
