JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Filipino can speak, read, and write Swedish and English language
Open for Senior High School, College graduate, and Undergraduates
With or without call center experience
Willing to work onsite in Cebu City
Can start ASAP
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answering questions from customers.
Using a variety of channels to communicate with clients.
Recognizing and addressing consumer concerns
Handling queries, applications, forms, and orders.
Preserving documentation of communications, transactions, remarks, and grievances from clients.
Giving input on how well the customer service procedure works.
