Qualifications
Open to candidates without a bachelor’s degree
At least 2–3 years of BPO / call center experience
Willing to work on a rotational or shifting schedule
Open to face-to-face interviews when required
Willing to complete onsite training
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality customer support by providing accurate and personalized solutions to commercial banking clients
Ensure compliance with banking policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
Act as the primary phone-based point of contact for client inquiries related to banking products and services
Collaborate with internal teams to efficiently resolve customer concerns and issues
Perform other operational and administrative tasks as assigned by management
