Position: Japanese Oracle eBS Application Developer
Company Industry: IT/BPO Company
Work Location: Quezon City or Cebu City
Salary: Php 100,000 - Php 145,000 above (Open for Negotiation)
Work Schedule: Dayshift Schedule
Work Set-up: Work Onsite or Hybrid-Set-up (this can be changed depending on the business)
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Open to Japanese National located in the Philippines or in Japan
Japanese Speaker who has JLPT N1, N2 or N3 Level
Preferably with JLPT Certificate, but not required
Must have a technical language and knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite, including development tools like PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, and Oracle APEX
The Main requirement is doing software development on the required language skills (Oracle E-Business Suite)
With working experience in the required IT skills for at least 6 years and above
Should be open for potential travel to Japan
Willingness to work in both main sites, which are in Manila or Cebu
The applicant can still choose which is closer to their residence
Applicants located in Japan can apply

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design, develop, and maintain Oracle eBS applications based on business requirements
Perform system configuration, patching, and troubleshooting, along with using technologies like PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, and APEX
Act as a key interface between IT, business users, and senior management, working with Japanese stakeholders
Gather requirements, deliver solutions, and provide post-deployment support and issue resolution
Handle the deployment of objects, participate in testing, and ensure compliance with security and operational standards
