Job Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service by delivering tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of commercial banking clients.
Ensure full compliance with banking policies and regulations while proactively identifying and addressing current and future client needs.
Serve as the primary phone-based point of contact, delivering timely and accurate support across a wide range of commercial banking products and services.
Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to resolve client inquiries and concerns efficiently and effectively.
Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Job Requirements
Open for Undergraduate
At least 2-3 years Call Center experience
Amenable to work in a shifting schedule
Amenable to attend face to face interview once requested
Amenable to work in Q.C.
