Key Responsibilities
Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting applicants
Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers
Facilitate onboarding processes such as orientation, document submission, and contract preparation
Maintain accurate and updated employee files (201 files)
Process employee data changes, movements, and updates in the HR system
Monitor daily attendance, leaves, overtime, and schedule changes
