Job Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone calls, email, and messaging platforms
Assist customers with order processing, billing concerns, and service requests
Verify customer identity and securely update account records
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account details
Ensure all documentation and system entries are clear, complete, and accurate
Job Requirements
Open to fresh graduates and undergraduates
At least 1 year of CSR experience is an advantage
BPO experience is a plus
Willing to work full onsite on a graveyard schedule
Amenable to start immediately
