Work Location: Ortigas, Pasig City
Salary: Negotiable
Work Schedule: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM onwards (Graveyard shift), 2 days off
Work set-up: Work Onsite

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
️ Proficient in Spanish language both verbal and written
️ Can Communicate in English (Conversational)
️ At least two years of college required or completion of a vocational course or any related.
️ With Customer Service experience is a big Advantage
️ Open for Undergrad and Bachelor’s Degree holder
️ Willing to work onsite in Pasig City
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
️ Provide assistance and information via phone, web, email, and chat in Spanish and English.
️ Listen and resolve customer's concerns, issues, or questions
️ Analyze and resolve problems received from the customer
️ Prepare reports by gathering data collected during customer interactions
️ Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
️ Perform other related tasks needed
