Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
Open for Fresh Graduates
With at least 1 year experience as a company Nurse is an advantage
Willing to attend face to face interview
Can start as soon as possible
Job Responsibilities:
Provide first aid and basic medical care to employees during working hours.
Monitor, assess, and document employees’ vital signs and health-related concerns.
Assist in the implementation and monitoring of workplace health and safety programs.
Maintain accurate medical records and manage clinic supplies and inventory.
Administer medications as prescribed and directed by a licensed physician.
Respond promptly to medical emergencies and coordinate with external healthcare providers as needed.
Support company wellness programs, health education initiatives, and annual medical examinations.
Ensure compliance with occupational health, safety, and applicable regulatory standards.
