JOB REQUIREMENT:
Open for Non-Bachelor’s Degree
At least 2-3 years Call Center experience
Amenable to work in a shifting schedule
Amenable to attend face to face interview once requested
Amenable to be train on site
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Deliver outstanding customer service by providing customized solutions to meet the needs of commercial banking clients.
Ensure strict compliance with banking regulations while proactively identifying and addressing current and future client requirements.
Serve as the primary phone-based point of contact, offering timely support across a wide range of commercial banking products and services.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client inquiries and issues efficiently and effectively.
Support additional duties and special projects as assigned.
