JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Collect outstanding debts according to company policies and legal guidelines
Negotiate repayment plans and settlement terms with customers
Maintain accurate records of collections, promises to pay, and disputes
Issue payment reminders, notices, and follow-up communications
Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly collection reports
