Qualifications:
Open to candidates without a bachelor’s degree
Minimum of 2–3 years BPO / call center experience
Willing to work on a rotational schedule
Open to face-to-face interviews when required
Willing to complete onsite training
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality customer support by delivering personalized solutions to commercial banking clients
Ensure strict adherence to banking policies and regulatory standards
Serve as the main phone-based contact for client concerns related to banking products and services
Work closely with internal teams to address and resolve customer issues efficiently
Carry out other operational tasks as assigned by management
