Client Profile: This Japanese company was established in 1950 and work on a variety of electrical, air conditioning, sanitation, and fire extinguishing equipment projects in the Philippines and help Japanese businesses who are growing.

Position: HR Employee Relation (Makati + One day Hiring)
Company Industry: Construction company
Location: Makati
Salary Offer: Php20,000-Php25,000
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00AM to 6:00PM
Work Set Up: On-site

Job Requirements:
BS degree in Psychology or Human Resources, or a relevant field.
At least 2-3 years of experience in Employee Relations
Knowledge in DOLE rules is an advantage.
Amendable to work as soon as possible.
Amendable to attend face to face interview.

Job Responsibilities:
Ensure the organization and its employees comply with labor laws and company policies by interpreting and applying them consistently.
Advise management and employees on complex issues like disciplinary actions, performance management, and workplace conduct.
Develop and implement strategies and programs to promote employee engagement and a sense of fairness and respect within the workplace.
Maintain detailed and confidential records of all employee relations activities.
