We are seeking a skilled IT Change & Transformation Lead to manage and deliver critical technology initiatives, including cloud migrations, network upgrades, cybersecurity programs, and enterprise platform projects. The role ensures changes are planned, executed, and adopted smoothly while minimizing risk and operational impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end IT change programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance requirements.
- Engage stakeholders across IT, business, and vendor teams, translating technical changes into clear business impact.
- Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and adoption challenges.
- Track success metrics, capture lessons learned, and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- 8+ years in IT change management, technology transformation, or program delivery.
- Experience with complex IT initiatives, including networking, cloud, cybersecurity, or enterprise platforms.
- Strong understanding of IT operations and infrastructure, with knowledge of ITIL or change frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- ITIL, PMP, or equivalent certifications preferred.
