Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, finance or any related.
At least 1-2 year of experience in B2B collection
Amendable to attend interview
Willing to work in Taguig or Pasay
Can start as soon as possible
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Review accounts receivable aging reports and prioritize collection efforts
Investigate and resolve billing disputes by coordinating with internal teams (Sales, Billing, Customer Service)
Maintain accurate records of all collection activities in ERP/CRM systems
Monitor high-risk and escalated accounts and recommend further action when necessary
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable collection laws/regulations
