Position: Project Coordinator

Work Set up: Hybrid Setup
Salary: Php 30,000 to Php 40,000
Location: BGC, Taguig City
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or diploma holder.
With at least 1 to 2 years 'of experience in project coordination, support, or a similar role
With experience in coordination activities in relation to events and contract management.
Willing to work in a 6 months project based.
Amenable to work as soon as possible.
Amendable to attend Online/face to face interviews.
Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day administrative duties like scheduling meetings, managing project-related paperwork, and ordering supplies.
Act as a central point of contact, facilitating communication between the project manager, team members, clients, and other external partners.
Maintain and update project documentation, including schedules, status reports, and risk logs.
Monitor project timelines, tasks, and milestones to ensure the project stays on schedule.
Help manage project resources, including staff workload, materials, and budgets.
