Position: HR and Admin Manager

Work Location: Calamba, Laguna
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00PM
Salary: Php 80,000 - Php 100,000 (Negotiable depending on experience)
Work Set-up: Work Onsite
Job Description:
Bachelors Degree in any related field.
At least 5 years of experience as HR Manager.
Knowledgeable on PEZA, DOLE and other regulatory requirements with respect on HR operations
Amendable to attend face to face interview.
Amendable to work as soon as possible.
Job Responsibilities
Overseeing hiring, onboarding, and exit processes for employees.
Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and training programs.
Managing employee relations, performance reviews, and resolving workplace issues
Administering employee benefits and payroll systems to ensure accuracy and timely disbursement.
