Position: Mandarin Business Development Manager
Company Industry: Integrated Gaming Product Manufacturing
Work Location: Makati City
Work Schedule: Dayshift Schedule | Monday - Friday at 9am – 6pm
Salary: Php 200,000 ($3,000 basic and $500 allowance all in package)
Work Set-Up: Work on-site

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who can speak, read, and write/type in Mandarin and English.
Open to foreign nationals that requires working visa (Taiwanese or Malaysian nationality)
Bachelors graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field is common.
Having 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships.
A genuine interest in gaming, understanding of the gaming community.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB APPLICATION:
Lead negotiations for new business opportunities, including licensing deals, distribution agreements, joint ventures, and other strategic partnerships.
Build, manage, and strengthen long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive satisfaction and repeat business.
Manage and oversee contract negotiations related to partnerships, licensing, distribution, and other business initiatives.
Actively engage with potential partners to explore co-publishing, licensing, and distribution opportunities.
Monitor and stay informed on current gaming industry trends, emerging technologies, and evolving consumer preferences.
Collaborate closely with game development, marketing, and sales teams to ensure strategic alignment and timely execution of goals.
