Job Responsibilities:
Perform QA follow-ups with clients to confirm satisfaction and escalate issues as needed.
Collect work order details and coordinate scheduling.
Source, vet, and onboard vendors per client requirements.
Process work orders in ServiceSync WOM in compliance with guidelines and NTE limits.
Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely service completion.
Request, review, and verify vendor invoices.
Confirm service completion and report issues to the account manager.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree holder
Open for Undergraduates
With experience in QA calls and invoice processing is an advantage
Amenable to attend interviews
Can start as soon as possible
