Position: Mandarin Customer Order Fulfillment

Schedule: Dayshift Schedule (8:00 am to 5:00 pm or 9:00 am to 6:00 pm)

Requirements of the Job:
Can speak, read, and write in Mandarin and English.
Open to Fresh graduates in any courses.
Having experience in Customer Service is a big advantage.
Having SAP experience, or if no experience in SAP, at least Intermediate to Advanced Level in MS Excel.
Able to multitask and work under pressure with strong attention to details
Able to work on his initiative and prioritize tasks
Values operating in a collaborative and cooperative environment.
Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability to changes
Has a strong sense of urgency
Responsibilities of Job Application:
Proactive order management and anticipating and solving issues relating to customer orders via email and calls
Liaise with customers to coordinate delivery dates based on stock availability / prioritize destinations (during reception windows)
Management of customer inquiry resolution through the development and implementation of action plans to eliminate the source of the problem
Identifies and implements process improvements and identifies efficiencies and best practices.
Accurately performs data entry in accordance with established procedures across one or more supported markets.
Efficiently manages customer portals for Manual.
Executes established stock allocation procedures and error-resolution protocols, and escalates stock availability issues or order discrepancies that fall outside defined guidelines.
Identify best-in-class order management practices and apply suitable process enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Maintains a high level of coordination with Customer Service Teams
