Job Requirements
Bachelors Degree in any related field.
With at least 3-5 years of experience in administrative, QA calls and invoice processing.
Experience using office software applications (e.g., MS Office Suite, spreadsheets, databases) is an advantage.
Amendable to work either Clark, Pampanga site or Ayala Avenue, Makati site.
Amendable to work in night shift.
Job Responsibilities:
Conduct QA calls and emails with clients to confirm service completion, customer satisfaction, and identify improvement opportunities; document feedback and escalate issues as needed.
Communicate with clients to gather required work order details and initiate scheduling.
Source, vet, and onboard vendors in accordance with client requirements; complete and upload all documentation to SharePoint.
Coordinate with vendors to schedule services, monitor job progress, and confirm timely and accurate completion.
Request, review, and verify vendor invoices for completed work.
Confirm service completion with vendors and escalate any service issues to account management.
