Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
With at least 10-15 years of experience in supply chain management related to inbound logistics, fulfilment, outbound logistics and warehouse operations.
At least 6 years of experience in team management role.
Experience in end-to-end cycle of S/4HANA project like Blueprinting, Configuration, testing, UAT, Cutover, GO-Live, Post GO-Live is an advantage.
Amendable to work in Shifting Schedule.
Amendable to work as soon as possible
Job Responsibilities:
Analyze existing workflows to identify bottlenecks and implement "lean" methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean) to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
Develop and execute long-term supply chain strategies, including network design, demand forecasting, and inventory management guidelines.
Manage critical functions such as procurement, logistics, warehousing, and transportation.
Lead the implementation and management of supply chain software (ERP/SAP) and digital transformation initiatives like automation or AI-driven reporting.
Build relationships with strategic suppliers, negotiate major contracts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Sales, Marketing) to align supply with business demand.
Ensure all processes adhere to local and international trade regulations and develop contingency plans to mitigate supply chain risks.
