Pay Rate:
The pay rate for this job is $17 - $17 / hour*
What you'll be doing as a Machine Operator:
Set up and operate production machines and equipment
Monitor machines for malfunctions
Inspect products for defects
Pack product for shipping
Maintain a safe and clean workspace
Available shifts:
Shift Timings:2nd Shift (Evening) and 3rd Shift (Night)
Job requirements:
Shear/Punching machine operator
Experience with Sheet Metal punching/shearing at this level would have strong consideration for this position
18 gauge to 12 gauge- aluminum and steel are the normal -materials run
Should be able to read a tape measure and use protractor
Should have experience and knowledge of blueprint reading
Experience with loading programs in the machine from menu on and changing machine tooling in turrent to run needed programs
Ability to operate forklift to load and unload flat metal
Ability to lift 50lbs +
Must have a safety and quality mindset
Willing to crosstrain
Willing to take ownership of this assignment
Ability to understand and follow company rules and policy including attendance program
Looking for long term, motivated, committed individual
Background check and drug test required
