Job Requirements
Bachelors Degree in any related field.
With at least 3-5 years of experience in administrative, QA calls and invoice processing.
Experience using office software applications (e.g., MS Office Suite, spreadsheets, databases) is an advantage.
Amendable to work either Clark, Pampanga site or Ayala Avenue, Makati site.
Amendable to work in night shift.
Job Requirements
Conduct quality assurance calls and email follow-ups with clients to confirm service completion, assess customer satisfaction, and identify opportunities for improvement; document feedback and escalate issues as needed.
Communicate with clients to obtain required work order details and coordinate service scheduling.
Source, vet, and onboard vendors in accordance with client requirements; complete, upload, and maintain all documentation in SharePoint.
Coordinate with vendors to schedule services, monitor job progress, and ensure timely and accurate completion.
Request, review, and verify vendor invoices for completed services.
Confirm service completion with vendors and escalate service or performance issues to account management.
