We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of initiatives related to Claims & Health, including business analysis, testing, defect management, and providing project progress updates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with stakeholders to grasp business requirements within the claims and health domain.
- Convert insights into user stories and develop detailed, risk-based test plans aligned with business objectives.
- Design, develop, and execute thorough test cases that cover functional, integration, and regression scenarios. Validate claims workflows, adjudication rules, eligibility checks, and other domain-specific logic across systems.
- Identify, document, and prioritize defects. Collaborate with IT and stakeholders to evaluate business impacts, prioritize resolutions, and ensure fixes comply with business needs and standards.
- Create and deliver a comprehensive training plan for business users, support teams, and operational staff.
- Provide post-implementation support by addressing production issues, clarifying test scenarios, and assisting with stabilization activities during the initial go-live phase.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 4+ years of relevant working experience, preferably in claims or insurance-related projects.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, planning, and implementation skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a passion for continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of insurance claims processes would be an advantage.
- Fluency in verbal and written English and Chinese (Cantonese) is essential.
- Candidates with fewer years of experience will also be considered.
