This company is a global leader in quality, safety, and certification services, helping businesses across industries meet international standards. It is currently looking for a Spanish Master Data Specialist to manage business data, maintain accuracy, and support certification processes.
Position: Spanish Accounting Specialist (Fixed Asset)
Industry: Accounting / Finance
Work Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa
Salary Range: ₱50,000 – ₱60,000
Work Schedule: Mid Shift
Work Setup: Hybrid
Languages Required: Spanish (Fluent)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain fixed asset modules and ensure accuracy of entries
Process fixed asset transactions (additions, capitalizations, retirements, changes)
Perform regular analyses of FA account variances and reconciliations
Ensure all transactions are completed before month-end closing
Support preparation of monthly FA closing and periodic reports
Assist senior colleagues and perform additional tasks as requested
Provide documentation and support during internal and external audits
Perform controls according to the ICOFR framework
Assist with KPI preparation and ad hoc reporting
QUALIFICATIONS:
Filipino national can speak, read and write Basic Spanish language
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
At least 1 year of experience in accounting, preferably with fixed assets
Strong knowledge of accounting rules and standards
Experience with financial systems (Oracle E-Business Suite preferred)
Knowledgeable in using Excel
