Position: German Customer Service Associate II

Work Setup: Max of 1 day of WFH per week upon regularization; full onsite during 1st 6 months

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
︎ Filipino national proficient in German Language
︎ Bachelor's Degree in any field
︎ With SAP or ERP knowledge is an advantage
︎ With Customer Service experience is a plus
︎ Can start as soon as possible
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
︎ Serves as primary contact between customers and other areas of the business
︎ Review and support orders to resolve delivery and billing blocks, and incomplete orders.
︎ Handle Credits and Return Goods Authorizations, and Debits.
︎ Document customer interactions by recording details of customer inquiries, complaints, and comments.
︎Provide excellent customer service
︎ Perform other tasks when needed
