Position: French Travel Client Support Specialist

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Open for Filipino National Fluent in French and English.
Bachelors Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business or any relevant field
Personal travel experience will be considered an advantage.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Computer literate and with good web navigation skills.
At least 2 years extensive experience in customer services/hospitality.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assisting clients with booking flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel-related services.
Providing exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns, answering questions, and resolving issues.
Creating personalized travel itineraries based on client preferences and requirements.
Ensuring clients have all necessary travel documents, such as visas and passports.
Keeping clients informed about travel updates, changes, and promotions.
Handling travel-related problems or complaints and providing solutions to ensure client satisfaction.
Coordinating with travel suppliers, including airlines, hotels, and tour operators, to ensure smooth travel experiences.
Gathering feedback from clients to improve services and address any concerns.
Staying updated on the latest travel trends, regulations, and industry changes to provide accurate information to clients.
