Assistant Product Manager for Cosmetics in BGC Taguig upto 80k
Qualifications:
-Graduate of Pharmacy, BSBA Marketing Management, Industrial Engineering, and other related programs
- Minimum 5 years experience in brand management or product development
- Background in cosmetics, beauty, personal care, or FMCG industries
- Strong marketing instincts and comfortable working with data and numbers
- Experience in product development for haircare or personal care is preferred
Job responsibilities:
- Lead brand strategy and product planning for the cosmetics division
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns and product launches
- Manage end-to-end product development — from concept to execution
- Conduct market research and data analysis to guide decisions
- Collaborate with R&D, creative, and operations teams
