QUALIFICATIONS:
-Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline
-Minimum 2 years of experience as Solutions Architect
-Strong understanding of ITIL
Key Responsibilities Outline
1. Solution Design and Architecture
-Analyze business and functional requirements by collaborating with clients and internal stakeholders, translating business needs into technical specifications.
-Design scalable, secure, and high-performance end-to-end solution architectures aligned with business objectives.
-Develop complete solution designs covering front-end, back-end, cloud infrastructure, data, integrations, and security.
-Ensure all solutions comply with enterprise architecture standards, application requirements, and security policies.
2. Technical Leadership and Stakeholder Engagement
-Act as a trusted technical advisor to clients by understanding business challenges and recommending appropriate solutions.
-Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including developers, project managers, business analysts, infrastructure, and operations teams to ensure successful project delivery.
-Prepare and maintain detailed architectural artifacts such as solution diagrams, technical specifications, and design documentation.
-Present and explain solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals.
3. Solution Implementation and System Integration
-Provide technical oversight throughout the solution implementation lifecycle.
-Guide development and operations teams to ensure adherence to approved architecture and design standards.
-Manage integrations with enterprise systems including ERP, CRM, legacy platforms, and third-party services.
-Lead or support configuration and customization of enterprise applications to meet client-specific requirements.
-Identify technical risks early and define mitigation strategies to reduce technical debt, delivery delays, and resource constraints.
4. Innovation and Continuous Improvement
-Research emerging technologies, platforms, and industry trends to drive innovation for the organization and clients.
-Continuously evaluate existing solutions for optimization opportunities related to performance, scalability, security, and cost-efficiency.
-Promote best practices, architectural patterns, and standardized methodologies across projects.
-Contribute to the improvement of internal frameworks, accelerators, and reusable solution components.
5. Pre-Sales Support and Proposal Development
-Support sales and business development teams by providing technical expertise during pre-sales engagements.
-Collaborate in defining solution approaches based on client requirements during the sales cycle.
-Prepare technical solution proposals including architecture designs, scope, implementation plans, assumptions, and cost estimates.
-Assist in responding to RFIs and RFPs by developing clear and compelling technical responses that meet client and business requirements.
6. Sales Enablement and Lead Generation (Pre-Sales)
-Identify and generate qualified leads through cold outreach, referrals, events, and online platforms.
-Research target markets, industries, and prospects to build and manage a healthy lead pipeline.
-Initiate and manage early-stage client engagements to understand business needs and align them with company offerings.
-Prepare and deliver tailored presentations, demos, and pitches showcasing the company’s solution portfolio.
-Participate in sales calls, discovery sessions, and product demonstrations to support pre-qualification and early engagement.
-Track lead activity, engagement, and conversion using CRM tools and prepare regular pipeline reports.
-Maintain awareness of industry trends, competitive solutions, and evolving customer demands.
7. Mentorship, Training, and Knowledge Sharing
-Mentor junior architects and technical team members by providing guidance on design thinking, best practices, and delivery execution.
-Conduct training sessions, workshops, and technical knowledge-sharing forums.
-Contribute to internal knowledge repositories, solution templates, and architectural best-practice documentation.
-Foster a collaborative culture focused on continuous learning and technical excellence.
