Position: Korean Quality Analyst
Industry: IT/BPO Company
Salary: Php 90,000 Monthly
Location: BGC, Taguig
Work Schedule: Shifting schedule, Weekends Day off (2 days off)
Work Set-up: Onsite

Requirements:
• Open for Korean nationals can speak in English fluently
• With at least a year quality assurance role (BPO-related experience is highly preferred but not required)
• must have TOPIK level or 4 with 2 years stay in Korea
• Experience in customer service is a plus
• Willing to work in BGC, Taguig and shifting schedule
• Can start as soon as possible
Responsibilities:
• Identify strengths and skills that needs to be improved (process and communication)
• Ensure that quality calls and performance metrics are met
• Participate in call calibrations and meetings
• Prepare, review and present the quality analyst result of the agent
• Provide feedback for improvements
• Monitor the performance of team members
