They are looking for a Japanese SAP Consultant / Manager who can help design, set up, and improve SAP systems for Japanese business users.
Position: Japanese SAP Functional Consultant (SAP S/4HANA)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Japanese Speakers
Open to Filipino who speaks Japanese (conversational)
Can speak Basic Japanese is also welcome to apply
JLPT Certificate is not required, but it is a big advantage
Open to Japanese National located outside the Philippines
Conversational to Business in English for working with global teams
Hands-on SAP S/4HANA configuration experience in at least one module
Experience in full lifecycle SAP implementation projects
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities
Willing to relocate to the Philippines once hired

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work with Japanese business clients in using SAP to overcome Business challenges and understand business needs
Configure SAP S/4HANA modules to meet business needs (e.g., FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, WM/EWM, QM)
Prepare functional specifications and documentation
Test new functions and support UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
Work with technical/ABAP teams for enhancements
Provide user support and troubleshoot issues
Assist with data migration and system go-live activities
Serve as a subject matter expert for process optimization and best practices in SAP S/4HANA
