Requirements:
Filipino who can speak, read and write Japanese Business Level to Fluently
Filipino who is JLPT N2 - N1 Passer
Experience working in manufacturing is a big advantage
Has been exposed to factory or manufacturing industry
Can understand Japanese working culture
Can work in Cebu
Can start ASAP
Can work with Filipino and Japanese Managers
Job Responsibilities:
Attend meetings between Japanese Managers and Filipino workers
Welcome Japanese visitors from Japan
Accompany Japanese managers in site visits
Read Emails and reply to emails if Japanese is needed
Translate documents from Japanese to English / Cebuano/ Tagalog or vice versa
Check manuals and discuss it to the Filipino workers
Check the meeting description so he / she can prepare during meeting
Become the Main Bridge between Japan and Filipino Management
