Responsible for processing companies which patent records/ information are in Japanese. Responsible in providing answers to Japanese-related patent questions coming from the Harmonization Team Conduct in-depth internet research to achieve data quality in patents globally with additional focus on identifying, understanding, and accurately processing Japanese documents/ information Identify patent ownership based on extensive research on corporate structure, M&A, Spin-offs, company name changes, and patent transactions Conduct quality control measures to ensure data is highly accurate and reliable Responsible for validating, updating and verifying customer information in the Harmonizer Tool Ensure updates or changes in customer database are accurate and are meeting quality standards Effectively communicate with internal stakeholders and team members to foster collaboration Ensure data standards and SLAs are met Recruitment Process (Virtual Interview): Resume Screening HR Interview Japanese Proficiency Test Standard Aptitude Test Client Interview Final Interview Job Offer
