Position: Japanese Travel Sales Admin (No Exp)
Salary: P 40,000 to P 50,000 (negotiable)
Industry: Tourism and Travel Tours
Location: Cebu
Work Schedule: 5 days (Monday to Friday)
Days Off: Weekends
What are the qualifications to become a Sales Admin?
Can speak, read and write japanese language
Having near native Japanese proficiency or can be half Japanese
Having culture of Japan is highly preferred
Born and raised in Japan is an advantage for culture exposure
Sales experience is not required (Good to have only)
Having English in conversational level (Japanese is main language)
No JLPT needed
Having japanese nationality with Philippine recognition is preferred
GOOD TO HAVE BUT NOT REQUIRED:
Degree holder of tourist, HRM, Hotel or business management
Any Course is okay as long as graduate
Sales experience is just an advantage
Japanese language speaking must be fluent
What are the responsibilities of the Sales Admin (Japanese Language)?
Attend meetings with Japanese Managers who would like to partner with the travel agency
Provide Japanese and english proposal and explain the services
Attend meetings if necessary, Reply to all emails and messages about your packages
Customize tour packages depending on Japanese client’s request
Send email to all Japanese companies who would like to have out of the country travels
Answer questions about hotel accommodation, Airline, Hotel rates and car rental
Provide a quotation that fit their preference as a client
Talk to Mostly Japanese Managers or Employees availing the Travel agency’s service
Do ocular visit of Japanese Hotels and Philippine resorts for familiarization
